[Another successful outing underneath his belt and a tick off onto making himself a potential canidate for a host someday. Maybe. At the very least be on the list even if you know at the very bottom. That'd still be something for him honestly. Be useful to the tower and city asides from running around taking scans and other bullshit.

I mean come on. He was a titan after all. Which meant punching and kicking the teeth in of anything that decided to be an enemy.

For now he drops off the haul of spinmetal he managed to scrounge up before jogging out of the hangar. The banners fluttering about with the winds of a coming storm. Guess his plans of staying in are proving to be the best choice after all. So he heads over to the bounty frame and picks up his rewards before putzing around to enjoy the sunshine while it lasts.

Taking a seat on the front steps of the courtyard, he leans back and watches the dropships mulling about the city. It was good to be home.]

[If anyone walked into his apartment right now, he was pretty certain that they would be blinded by the sheer amount of lights that he and his second had somehow managed to string about in an attempt to be festive for the holidays. There was bright colors twinkling all along the banisters and around the windows as well as the counters somehow after the discovery of tape had been made. It was almost as bright as the city was at night but at the very least there was dimmer settings so people weren't overwhelmed by everything though more so for himself than anyone really.

Off in the corner of the living room was a fir that had been covered with ornaments of every size and shape along with even more lights and then ribbon to top it all off. There wasn't exactly a tree topper because Shade was adamant that he be it but there was no way the hunter was going to allow for the ghost to be that much of a show off. Bad enough the lightbulb was decked in a small Santa like hat and a glowing red nose attached to himself.

There wasn't an exact time of when people would start showing up so he made certain that all of the wrapping had been done days beforehand so not to make mistakes. Armor wasn't exactly wrapping friendly but he had managed to snag boxes in order to make it easier on himself as well as making sure that there were stockings for each of the fireteam members as well, everything coordinated in each of their personal colors. All of this was now stashed underneath the tree and awaiting to be opened by the designated people with hopefully minimum confusion.

Other pieces were stowed away though for a more important person but that would have to wait later. For now he was going to try to perk himself up enough for the gathering with coffee and crucible playbacks, glancing at the door periodically.]

[ It's finally here. She has survived a full year of resurrection and she can't imagine wanting to be anywhere else. How had she managed to get this lucky? And now she has a day full of surprises and a trip to Venus planned.

The sun is coming up over the horizon and she's leaning against the railing, coffee in hand, watching as the rays spread over the scenery. It's beautiful. She's smiling as the silence of the Tower washes over her. There isn't a more peaceful moment in the galaxy. Why boss doesn't like getting up this early, she's not sure, but she's got a peace offering to help ease the pain. ]

[It had been months since she had last stepped foot on Earth but trying to send out a monthly report had becoming increasingly difficult with each time. Now she couldn't even get a good enough signal from where she was stationed at around the outskirts of the volatile Maat Mons. Less trouble that way due to seismic activity but the smoke and heat messed with equipment sometimes.

Bad enough that she had accidentally triggered a network coveted by the Hezen Corrective. The dark driven machines had been on her heels for days afterwards and especially after summoning something much darker than an agitated hydra.

Something with a darker purpose and far stronger than what she was comfortable with being on Venus. What was worse...there was more than one without a doubt and they were a driving force behind Venus' change into another hollowed machine world.

So here she was, striding through the courtyard with a purpose. Her coat marked in dark green camouflage while repurposed Vex parts served as her armor. It was almost as if the warlock had become part machine with the disconcerting helmet make a few guardians step out of the way. Her ghost appearing and wearing a skin of similar camouflage, eyeing the other guardians warily.]

Alright listen up, Guardians. This is going to be straight to the point. I just want you to sound off and make yourself known. No need to do anything fancy.

No firing off your guns. No rockets goddammit. No supers. No throwing people around.

Just use your voice. It's not hard to do. We're in the tower so act respectable. Leave the nonsense out when you're patrolling and training.

Ok? Ok.
